Wisconsin Antiques Dealers Assoc. Show 2/3 - 2/5

Feb. 1, 2012 | 0 comments

RAISING THE BAR
at the
WISCONSIN ANTIQUES DEALERS ASSOCIATION
38th WINTER SHOW & SALE
February 3, 4 & 5, 2012

Gathering in February in Waukesha, the Wisconsin Antiques Dealers Association show participants will present an exciting and varied offering of antiques for sale, authenticity guaranteed by each exhibitor. 55 screened dealers from across the Midwest will join efforts to bring their finest antiques to the Milwaukee area.

Exhibitors in this renown show typically save their best merchandise to sell in Waukesha where savvy antiques buyers have come to expect the unusual at fair prices. A preview can be found on their website.

The Wisconsin Antiques Dealers Association (called W.A.D.A. by many) was formed in 1948, making it the oldest, continually-functioning State antiques organization in America. Their not-for-profit group is dedicated to preserving Wisconsin’s heritage and to providing ongoing education for their dealers and the general public – thus their free “1890s Milwaukee Saloon” exhibit at the February show.

The Waukesha County Expo Center’s Forum Building, 1000 Northview Road, is the home of this event. Show hours are Friday, 10-7; Saturday, 10-5; and Sunday, 11-4. Admission of $6.00 funds scholarships for high school students as well as grants to Wisconsin historic and heritage groups. A $1.00 admission discount coupon is available at: http://www.wisconsinantiquesdealers.com/discount_coupon . Parking is free and good food & seating is always available. ATM is on the premises.
